"./bad-keyparty-13-jun.gpg" works well.  I noticed that you do need to
supply a path -- if you use "--keyring bad-keyparty-13-jun.gpg", GPG
will assume that you mean ~/.gnupg/bad-keyparty-13-jun.gpg, and the
--sign-key commands will fail.
